- 03 First visit: Scope Health ambient-scribes the encounter. Surgeon signs in 60 seconds.
- 04 Prior auth and LMN drafted by SurgeonValue agents (Wonder Bill, Prior Auth). Surgeon attests.
- 05 Treatment plan validated through ClinicalSwipe ($12–$100 per attestation, paid to the reviewing physician).
- 06 PROM collected at day 14, day 30, day 90 — surgeon sees the score in SurgeonValue's panel dashboard. Agent drafts the RTM billing note.
- 07 Physician attests once more via ClinicalSwipe. RTM billing captured.
- 08 Patient enrolled in co-op.care for post-surgical companion support. Altru.care-issued LMN documents the caregiver hours that already qualify under IRS §213(d) so HSA dollars can pay for them; recovery yoga is general wellness and is not covered.
