Three B2B lanes · one identity layer

Patient + provider + payer
ride the same identity layer.

SolvingHealth is the routing & orchestration MSO behind a network of patient surfaces (co-op.care, ComfortCard, agentichsa) and provider surfaces (SurgeonValue, ClinicalSwipe, altru.care). When you partner with us, you buy your slice — and everyone else's slice subsidizes yours.

The closed loop. Employer pays $5/employee/mo → employee gets a ComfortCard membership. Member uses ComfortCard → caregiver shift produces an SDOH observation. Observation gets physician-attested via altru.care + hashcare-signed. Vimty/TrueField sells the attested observation to the employee's MA plan for risk-adjustment uplift. The same shift pays twice.
Pick the lane that's yours

Three ways to partner.

Each lane has a dedicated intake. Each routes into the same identity layer underneath. Pick yours; the form below also works as a generic ask.

Why all three lanes connect

The flywheel.

Each lane subsidizes the others. Members produce attested observations. Attested observations become payer revenue. Payer revenue subsidizes membership growth. Software licensees plug into the same identity layer and feed the same observation stream.

More members → more attested observations → more payer revenue
       ↑ ↓
cheaper membership ← service margin subsidizes growth ←

Once it spins, membership pricing can drop toward zero — service margin and payer revenue carry the cost structure. Volume capture beats per-member price. Pricing healthcare like entertainment.
